About this position

You will be joining one of our clients, a company specializing in membership management solutions. They offer CRM and digital tools tailored to various membership organizations such as trade associations, professional bodies, sports governing bodies, and charities. With over 30 years of experience, the company aims to enhance member recruitment, retention, and engagement through flexible and adaptable management systems. They work with notable clients across multiple sectors, including institutes and professional colleges.

Their modular CRM is cloud-based, allowing for flexibility and integration with various third-party applications. They provide tools for managing events, memberships, finances, campaigns, awards, and more focusing on enhancing member engagement and operational efficiency through customizable and scalable solutions.

• Front End: ASP.Net MVC 5, Bootstrap, JQuery/JQuery UI, .Net Framework 4.7
• Back End: C#, WCF, Entity Framework, NServiceBus, Amazon SQS, .Net Framework 4.7, IIS

Core responsibilities

• Leading a remote team of 10-15 people, primarily based in Pakistan with some in the UK, ensuring clear and consistent communication across different time zones
• Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering professional growth and skill development
• Active development, contributing to project tasks while balancing leadership responsibilities
• Overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
• Fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment that respects cultural differences and promotes team cohesion

Operational requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in software development
• Experience with leading remote teams
• Experience with mentoring and team guidance
• Excellent English knowledge, both written and spoken
• Analytical mindset
• Attention to detail
